The Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School Trap Team was founded in 2021.
The GUAN HO HA Fish and Game Club adopted our team and provides us with our home grounds, over 100 years of combined experience in the excellence of shooting and firearm safety from our all volunteer coaching staff.
Our athletes are offered an opportunity and privilege that isn't available in many areas of New York State and we teach safety, respect and firearm discipline every time our students step out onto the field.
Our expert coaching staff works patiently with each shooter to perfect their abilities, firearm fitment and each Coach offers advice to help hone the individual shooter's skills.

Since the formation of our team, we have had our athletes perform at the State and National level and as of 2024 recorded our first Championship for the Novice Division in The New York State Trap Tournament.
